Quick and Easy Smothered Pork Chops
6 boneless pork chops
½ c chicken broth
1/3 c honey
¼ c soy sauce
2 tbsp ketchup
¼ tsp ground ginger
1 clove garlic, minced
In skillet, brown pork chops on both sides. Combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Pour over chops and simmer, covered, for 20 minutes. Stir frequently. Serves 4.
