Easy Shepherd’s Pie Recipe
1 lb lean ground beef
1 chopped onion
2 c frozen mixed vegetables
1 - 10-oz. can cream of mushroom soup
3 c instant mashed potatoes
Preheat oven to 375F. In skillet cook ground beef and onion until beef is brown and onion is tender; drain. Stir in vegetables and soup and cook until hot. Place in 9 inch pie plate. Fix mashed potatoes according to package and spoon over hot meat mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes until potatoes are golden brown and pie is bubbling. Serves 6.
