Mixed Vegetables Casserole
1 – 10oz can cream of chicken soup
1/3 c mayo
2 – 16oz cans mixed vegetables, drained
1 – 8 oz cans sliced water chestnuts, drained
12 butter crackers crushed
Preheat oven to 350F. Combine soup and mayo in bowl; mix well. Add mixed vegetables and water chestnuts; mix well. Pour into 9x13 inch casserole; sprinkle with cracker crumbs. Bake for 30 minutes. Serves 8.
