Chow Mein Tuna Noodle Salad
2 – 6oz cans tuna
½ - 4oz can sliced black olives
½ - 7oz can sliced water chestnuts
2 hard cooked eggs, chopped
½ c chopped celery
1 tbsp pickle relish
1 tbsp chopped onion
1 c mayo
¼ c milk
1 – 3oz can chow mein noodles
Combine tuna, olives, water chestnuts, eggs, celery, relish and onion in bowl. Add mixture of mayo and milk; mix well. Add chow mein noodles at serving time. Serves 10.
